Review Integrity
Our Commitment to Transparency
Our Commitment to Review Integrity
At Luxe's Nails & Spa, we believe every review should reflect a genuine customer experience. We investigate every review that raises concerns — cross-referencing customer names, aliases, transaction records, appointment logs, and staff recollections to build a complete picture.
When our records tell a different story than a review, we present the evidence and invite dialogue. We look at every possibility — including whether a reviewer may have visited under a different name — and respond with the facts rather than assumptions.
We believe every business deserves protection from dishonest reviews, and every consumer deserves accurate information. Our goal is always resolution over confrontation — and transparency is at the core of how we operate.
Steps We Have Taken
We use every available avenue to protect our business and our customers from dishonest review activity.
Reported to Google
Suspicious reviews are reported to Google for policy violation, including their prohibition against fake and misleading content.
Federal Trade Commission
The FTC's Consumer Reviews Rule prohibits fake and deceptive reviews. We file formal complaints through proper channels when the evidence warrants it.
California Attorney General
California B&P Code 17200 addresses unfair and deceptive business practices including fraudulent reviews. We report violations to the Attorney General when warranted.
Evidence Preserved
All evidence is preserved including screenshots, system records, and appointment logs — available for legal action if needed.
Laws Protecting Businesses
Multiple federal and state laws protect businesses from fraudulent reviews and unfair business practices.

How We Verify Reviews
Every review is cross-referenced against our business systems — including names, aliases, and transaction history — to build a complete picture.
Square POS Cross-Reference
Every review is checked against our Square point-of-sale transaction records — including name variants and aliases.
Appointment Log Review
Our appointment scheduling system provides a complete record of all client visits.
Staff Confirmation
Our team members are consulted to verify whether the reviewer was an actual client.
Digital Forensics

Balanced Investigation
We consider every possibility before drawing conclusions.
Investigate thoroughly
We search our records under the reviewer's stated name, common variations, and any known aliases — leaving no stone unturned before reaching a conclusion.
Present the evidence
Whether the records support or contradict a review's claims, we lay out the facts transparently and let the evidence speak for itself.
Invite direct contact
We always welcome reviewers to reach out directly so we can address their concerns in person. Resolution is always preferred over confrontation.
Our Reputation Speaks for Itself
We are proud of the trust our community places in us. Our reviews reflect genuine experiences from real customers.
